** When is Check in and Check out times?  Check in is 4 pm, Check out is 11 am.

** When is my final payment due? 30 days prior to your arrival.

** How do I get the door code for the property? After we have received the signed documents and the final payment has been made we will send you an email with your "Access Information" that needs to be printed and brought with you. You will find the door code for your property, directions and other useful information for your stay.

** Can I bring my pet? Some of our units are pet-friendly and we require a $100 fee per pet. We do require they stay off the furniture and beds. They need to be picked up after.

** Is the rental property supplied with any paper products? Yes, we provide enough paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwasher, soap, laundry soap to get you started.

** What if I need a parking permit? If the property requires it, a parking permit will be provided when necessary.

** Can we have a beach wedding? Yes, you will need a Florida Marriage License and depending on the county a beach permit may be required. There are several wedding planners to assist you.

** What is there to do in Destin besides the beach? Even though Destin has some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S., the area offers many other activities for everyone. You can enjoy Nature Trails, Bike Riding, Golfing, Water Excursions such as Deep Sea Fishing, Sunset and Dolphin Cruises. If you are adventurous you might take on other water sports such as Para-Sailing or Wind Surfing. The area also offers many restaurants from fine dining to a more casual atmosphere. There are also many opportunities for Shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the Destin Commons. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great location for an evening of dining, live music and shopping for the whole family! You can view these activities under Area Attractions.

** Is there transportation from the local airports? Yes, there are several airport shuttles and taxi service available at the two nearest airports.
