I gained my love for travel by the time I was a teenager with a special fondness for beautiful beaches and after only one visit to Destin in 2003 I was in love with the amazing beaches here. Even though we lived in Montana we bought our first beach property in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort that same year. In 2007 Dave retired early from his career and after 32 years in the Rocky Mountains we moved to the Emerald Coast where Dave joined me in the travel business. I have been a travel agent since 1995 when I graduated from the Travel Academy. I have owned my own agency since 1999. In 2006 I achieved my Cruise Cosunsellor Accreditations with a specialty in Luxury and Group Travel.
For 27 of our Montana years I owned a piano studio where I taught many children and adults to play the piano. I have fully retired from teaching piano and now devote all my time and energy to my family and our travel agency. Since then several of our children have come to work for us and our family business has grown. My most favorite thing to do is take my family and friends on cruises and trips around the world. I still have not met my goal of having all 5 of our children and their spouses on the same cruise at the same time. I used to dread going home after my wonderful trips but now that I live in Destin I feel like I live in paradise so going home is a pleasure even in the winter. Attended the University of Montana 1970, became certified Water & Wastewater Operator for the State of Idaho in 1972, ran a water and wastewater system in 1975. Joined the US Army and served in a Water Purification Unit, in 1985 transferred to a Fire Support Team Unit, in 1989 was transferred to an M1 Tank Unit. Awarded the EPA National First Place Small Secondary Small Systems Award in 1996. In 2000 retrained in the military's new ROWPU (reverse osmosis water purification unit). In 2003 became the Montana State SEPLO NCO for (State Emergency Preparedness Office) with the Montana National Guard in the JOC (Joint Operations Center) and Department of Home Land Security. Instrumental in creating HaveTravel Memories Vacations and moved to Western Florida. Retired from the military in 2009. At present serves in Iraq with the US Military as a civilian contractor.

Jason is a native of Montana and graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Technology and a minor in Business Management. He enjoyed a career as a commercial airline pilot for SkyWest Airlines eight-and-a-half years, before devoting his time to help build and expand Have Travel Memories Vacations in Destin, Florida. Jason has worked for Have Travel since 2008, he is an avid guitar player and enjoys fly fishing as well as time spent with his family. Jason also enjoys working with current and new owners as well as assisting vacationing guests.

Jalayne graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Office Support Systems. Before HaveTravel, Jalayne has worked in the Transportation and Airline industry since 2000. She started with HaveTravel in 2006 and has helped build and expand on the Vacation Rentals we now have on the Emerald Coast. Jalayne is our Office/Accounts Manager.

Sales Director / Marketing
Ron is a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. In 1982, he enlisted into the United States Marines Corps and graduated from Paris Island, served in the Fleet Marine Force at Camp Lejeune NC and Overseas. Ron also served in the US Air Force and with the US Army Military Police Corp where he worked as a police investigator. He continued his education with Central Texas Collage and studied Criminal Justice. In 1994, Ron left the military after serving in Italy where he married his wife Alessandra. After a short criminal justice career, Ron and Alessandra went into business, opened a video rental retail store in Pittsburgh, and became the CEO of Video Access Computers, Inc. and the President of VideoStore USA, Inc., which introduced automated video rental systems into the US Video Industry. After several years of success and working with the Destin Market, Ron moved with his family to the Emerald Coast to continue developing marketing concepts for the vacation rental industry, worked as a Business Consultant for a major software company, joined Have Travel Memories as the Sales Director, and enjoys working with customers. Ron loves spending time with his family, is actively involved with their church, and plays the Bass Guitar for the church’s music ministry.

Alessandra was born in Italy, where she completed her education in Accounting and Business Marketing. Prior to moving to the United States with her husband in 1994, she helped manage the family business and worked in accounting and tourism. Alessandra enjoyed a 10 year career as an Italian Language Specialist International Flight Attendant for a major US Carrier and was, for many years, a partner in a business she and her husband founded. After moving to Florida in 2006, she worked in Banking before joining the Have Travel Memories team. As an active member of her church, she volunteers as a Sunday school teacher and various events. Alessandra has extensive experience in customer service and enjoys helping guests choose the perfect vacation!

Stacie worked at a worldwide FAA repair company for 5 years. She started in HR & payroll, and then went to work in Financial Services & Customer Service departments. She taught dance and stayed home to raise her kids for some time. She did some work with websites, marketing, & SEO. Now that her kids are growing she has decided to use her skills and join the Have Travel team. She still dances, likes to do charity events, & spend time with family and friends especially her kids.
