Q: How can I access my property

A: Owners have access to our "Owners Site" that allows you to book your property for personal and family use.  The online calander makes it easy for you to see when your property is rented.  You can also view your monthly owners statements on the owners site.

Q: Can I personalize my property

A:  We encourage owners to put their personal touch on their property.  We do have an in-house decorater that can give you advice anything from flooring to paint color.  We do know what styles rent the best, however, choice of furnishings and decor are ultimately up to the owner.

Q: How often do I receive an owners statement

A:  Owners statements are sent out monthly



Q: How old do I have to be to rent a property

A: You must be at least 25 years old to rent our properties

Q: What is your cancelation policy

A: There is a $250 cancelation fee if you cancel more than 60 days out.  Cancelations within 45 days of reservations will result in a $250 cancelation fee plus forfeiture of 50% of payments.  Cancelations within 30 days are nonrefundable.

Q: What time is check in and check out

A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am

Q: Housekeeping

A:  Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay however you can request housekeeping services at an additional charge

Q: Pets

A: Pets are allowed in pet friendly properties only.  Pets must be disclosed at time of reservation and size and weight restrictions may apply.
