1B Crystal Village is on the second floor of a cozy little group of condos, tucked away, just two blocks from the Emerald Coast Beaches. Scenic Highway (Old Hwy 98) is a gorgeous drive along the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean, sand, sun and beautiful vistas.
~~Newly Remodeled ~~ our condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. The Living room features a New Flat Screen TV as does our Master Suite. You can even whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We now have wireless Internet! There is a full size laundry room with laundry soap. All linens are provided plus 2 pool towels and paper goods to start you off. Holiday Isle offers beach service for purchase 850-650-7999! Our condo features a child resistant fenced swimming pool only a few feet from our deck.
We are just 2 miles west of the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall (one of the largest outlet's in the US) and a few miles East of the Destin Mall; where shopping is nearly unlimited with great prices and variety. You are only four miles from the Sandestin Baytowne Wharf Village where you'll have all those fabulous restaurants, bars and shops to choose from each day, there's the outdoor "Movies on the Green” during the summer and live concerts, bands and entertainment with a nightlife to top off the end of your day. There's something for all ages here.
If deep-sea fishing is your thing, the famous Destin fishing fleet is just a couple of miles down the road. Also nearby are several championship golf courses such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Sandestin hosts 4 Golf Courses. We also have several art galleries, historic museums, The Gulfarium, and much, much more. - look no further. The home was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and relaxing. It felt like home! This rental had everything we needed and was close enough to the beach and everything else we wanted to do. The rental is 2 blocks from the beach, but we just drove to Henderson Beach State Park because it was so convenient and less crowded. The property was well maintained and landscaped. My only complaint was our bed, it was extremely firm, but I like a plush bed so others might like it. Also the sleeper sofa mattress was without any cushion. But my daughter just slept on the sofa, so it was fine. All in all, it was great especially for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!
Inside the property was spotlessly clean down to the paint that was perfect. while too far to walk to the beach with any gear, it is only a 3 minute drive. The pool was wonderful after a morning at the beach and the beach was clean and perfect. If you do not want to spend the high dollars of the beach properties, this is a very nice place to stay with the family.
My family and I vacationed at this location very recently and truly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be making a return visit. Management is great, I feel confident that any issues you might have will be handled by them immediately. :-)
For the family with teenagers, a true getaway from home with all the at home amenities. Excellent cottage with a beautiful view of the pool and just three blocks from the beach. Mom and children can drive just a few miles to shopping outlets while Dad can just relax at the beach, pool or just in front of the wide-screen television in the comfort of the spacious living room. At night the adults can order in for the children and go out at one of the local restaurants and enjoy some of the delicious seafood and drinks.
We had pleanty of room for the 5 adults and one child. the condo was up-dated and clean. It was located around a block and 1 / 2 from the beach. It had plenty to offer and would consider renting it again. The cost was affordable.
While the location was too far to walk to the beach, the condo was in perfect shape, very very clean, and large. It was wonderful, overlooked the pool, quiet and nice. If you are on a budget, this is a wonderful place to stay. The beach is only a 3 minute drive. +++ if you do not want to spend the high dollars of being on the beach but want to enjoy it.
