Exclusively located in this secure Tops'l gated tennis community, making this is a fabulous family vacation spot! It may be accessed by elevator or stairway. It features a large balcony over looking the gulf and a private heated swimming pool and hot tub and another swimming pool with a Tiki-Bar and a cafe right on the beach! Our Condo boasts two private Master suites with gulf view balconies. Each suite has king beds and luxury bedding. The extra large Master suite has a Jacuzzi tub that opens to the master bedroom if you wish. The 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds has its own bathroom as well. The fully equipped kitchen is extremely neat and organized with many extra amenities for you to enjoy or to entertain a few friends. We can be rented as a two or three bedroom unit. The living room has a fold out sofa bed for extra sleeping if needed along with a game table.
You may dine at the on site Ocean Club, which is a local favorite and features a piano bar. There is a short trail leading to the beach past the Tennis courts 200 yards. There are also walking and biking trails around the resort with 14 lighted world class tennis courts, which feature daily clinic and lessons. Professional tennis instructors are onsite. The tennis courts also offer programs and assistance for children. There is also a fitness center with racket ball courts, basketball courts, massage therapists, indoor pool, w/ miniature golf course, and golfing choices galore in the area. You may also visit Sandestin next door, which has many restaurants, shops, music, dancing, and more! They offer movies on the green every week, and fireworks are shot every weekend from the Destin Harbor!

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Destin the week of July. The condo exceeded our expectations- the pictures on line don't do justice to just how lovely it was and also how clean. We had BEAUTIFUL weather and found the pool areas perfect when we didn't want to go to the beach. You made booking a rental very easy and I also appreciated how quickly our questions were answered. We were able to use both outdoor pools and were also able to use our credit card at both the Tikki bar and outdoor restuarant at the pool area. All in all, it turned out to be a wonderful, relaxing vacation and I just wanted to Thank everyone who helped us with booking our vacation rental and for answering all our questions.
My family and I stayed at The Summit, unit 307 over the 4th of July week. The fireworks on the beach were great as usual! We booked our stay through Have Travel Memories Vacations. No problems. We have stayed at this same unit several times. It feels like home to us. It has a nice comfortable atmosphere. Very clean. Nice balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. The beach is beautiful! Lots of good restaurants! Good shopping! Good place to vacation! We'll be back!
