The unit enjoys a beautiful golf course view. You can also see the bay from the balcony. There is a beautiful pool in front of the building. However, it is not heated, although the hot tub in the pool area is. We were somewhat disappointed that we could not swim in the pool. Sandestin, where the unit is located, has several golf courses. Walking alongside the golf courses had been a great joy for us. Walking to the beach takes about forty minutes. Despite the distance, we enjoyed the walk, taking in beautiful scenery along the way. The unit is modern and spacious for two with a well-equipped kitchen. It is close to the Village that has many eating places, trendy stores,and a marina. This place could be a mecca for golf lovers.
We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues, but we were able to reach management easily. Location is great.

We had a great time enjoying this condo and the village. Our weather was perfect and the crowds were not around. The rental process was so easy and Have Travel Memories is one I would recommend to friends and family very easy to work with, plus the condo was in great shape. The pictures truly did shop the condo how it was.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again if available.
My wife and I had a wonderful time. The staff was responsive to questions we had and the weather was beautiful. Sandestin is a great place to spend a week in the Spring!
