The master bedroom has a large king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is on the 7th floor so your view is spectacular. The stackable washer and dryer are next to the front bedroom in hall.

The property was a good choice for our family vacation. Although the property could use a couple updates, it was still an amazing place to stay because of its location, proximity to the beach and cleanliness. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit again.

Check in and arrival process was easiest I’ve ever had. The condo and location was perfect for us. First time in several years my son in law wasn’t ready to come home after 4-5 days. It really didn’t feel like a week, we could have stayed at least another week. Looking forward to our next trip, will most definitely stay again. We totally enjoyed our stay, looking forward to our next stay. It literally didn’t feel like a week, probably the most relaxing beach stay we’ve had in several years. Location and unit was perfect for us and our needs. Loved everything about it. Rental company was so easy to work with as well.

Everything was perfect. Only COn: Was the elevators as the one that opened by our door was working only 50% of the time. There was other elevators though, TG as we were on the 7th floor.

Overall experience was very good. A few issues with the unit, balcony door would not lock and fridge/freezer did not cool/freeze food adequately. Two of the three pool lights were out so night swimming wasn't as enjoyable. Hard to secure chairs facing ocean. Off-center positioning facing water would be better than the current u-shape layout.

Rented condos in Mainsail in May 2021 for the family after school was completed for the year. Had such a nice time and Mainsail has everything you need, right on the beach, proximty to grocery store, CVS and Chickfil-A.

Jalayne is great to work with as I always have many questions. The location is great beach is beautiful. The pools and condos are well maintained. The balcony and bedroom and LV Room views are very nice. Very large open condo. Only wish that beach towels were included to allow for smaller luggage. Very clean well stocked condo.

Very lovely condo large spacious rooms great view of the beach and amazing sunsets. Quiet very nice amenities close to everything. Never have I seen more beautiful white sand
My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay this past week! The location to the beach was probably our favorite perk, as it’s just a short walk. We loved the clean beach, soft sand, and the umbrella and chair rental included with the stay. The location is also so convenient to nearby restaurants and stores, making a trip to grab something short and efficient. Our one and only dislike was the sliding door to the balcony not working from the master bedroom. One of our favorite things to do is listen to waves, and we couldn’t do that from the bedroom. Other than that, we had a perfect week and can’t wait until we can come visit again!
