This 3 BDR/3.5 BTR newly renovated house will blow your mind. Baypine neighborhood overlooks the picturesque Choctawhatchee Bay and is nestled in a wooded site in the SANDESTIN® resort. Our cottage typifies the spirit and style of true southern living. This elegant and charming two-story cottage is the perfect complement to the relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle found in SANDESTIN®.
Inspired by the temperate climate of the Gulf Coast, the owners redesigned the 2400+ SF cottage and decorated the house to reflect the soothing and calming costal living intertwined with the one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture collected from all over the world. The property can accommodate 2 cars and a new 6-passenger golf cart (included with the rental). As you enter the property, you will be welcomed by an Indonesian-like front porch ideal to sip your morning coffee while leafing through your favorite book. The foyer leads to an open living room overlooking the back pond. The kitchen opens directly to the living room and dining room areas. It consists of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a built-in microwave. The newly-built, open back-deck sets the tone for a refreshing afternoon drink while entertaining family and friends with some succulent grilling.
The cottage consists of two king bedrooms on the first floor and a king-master bedroom upstairs with a private deck. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, and the furniture pieces have been hand-picked and custom-built to complement the exquisite taste and originality of this beautiful property. Each bedroom has access to its private bathroom.
This property will allow hypo-allergenic dogs under 20lbs with approval and pet fee.

My family of 6 (plus a dog) really enjoyed our stay at Baypine. There was plenty of space of all of us, it was decorated beautifully, and is in a wonderful, central location within the resort. We loved that we could just walk to the pool and that Baytowne was a super short golf cart ride away! We have been staying at Sandestin resort for years so I must point out that the unit was not as “stocked” as other ones we have stayed in. The unit is severely lacking kitchen items such as utensils and dishes (especially coffee cups). While the home was wonderfully renovated, there is little to no storage for clothes- no dressers in bedrooms, no actual closet in both masters, and very little hanging storage- there were even no hangers. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would recommend this unit to others.

My spouse and I enjoyed 5 nights along with puppy. Nice place with cute decor. Inside was very spacious and had comfortable furniture and bedding. Appreciate having laundry available, even for a short stay. We really enjoy the Sandestin area as it affords excellent walking and biking opportunities.

Sandestin HolidayMy family and I had a very nice stay over the New Year! We've been to Sandestin many times in the past, but this was the first time staying away from the beach area. The home was clean and located in nice quiet street near a community pool. It has three bedrooms, all with King beds and their own private baths. The rental come with a newer 6-person golf cart which is great to get around the community. Neighbors were nice as well! We will definitely consider staying at this home again in the future as it was dog friendly as well! Only one small critique, the upper bedroom gets very warm when running the heat! We closed the vents, but it was still pretty warm.1/6/2024 at 9:11 PM

Nicely renovatedI love when a vacation rental looks as advertised. Very spacious. Plenty of common space and very spacious private bedrooms. I love that this home has 2 masters. The property manager delivered the golf cart keys moments after our arrival and was very thorough in explaining all the amenities the community has to offer. Plenty of activities for all ages. Our only complaint is the beach is extremely over crowded. Thankfully we didn’t have any problems with the patrons who set up around us. We were in town for a work trip and had a great time! The kitchen and living room set up was perfect for a large group to be able to hang at the same time. Golf cart was great and made it easy to travel around Sandestin and Grand Boulevard Properties. Would most definitely recommend this place and will book again in the future!

Our family really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week at this property. The setup was perfect for 6 adults with this 3 BR, 3.5 bath house. The house was very spacious, clean, & in a very convenient location. The free activities were an added plus. The golf cart really was utilized and helped to avoid holiday traffic in the complex. The included amenities of the golf cart, golfing, and gym made us want to rent through this company again.
CONs--Storage was lacking in the primary downstairs bedroom and master bath. A dresser or closet would improve comfort.

The property was nicely updated/renovated with "fresh" and modern decor. All beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. The use of the golf cart was a very nice perk to get to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We did have an issue getting in the door upon arrival, as the handle had to be pulled "up" instead of down which is what we expected, but the property management was able to assist via phone. The only other significant issue we had was the air conditioning, as it was extremely cold upstairs and there was a very noticeable temperature difference between the upstairs bedroom and all of the downstairs. The front bedroom was nicely decorated, but very bright (aimed right at the bed) both at night from the outside lights and in the mornings when the sun came up as there is no window shade on the top oval window. There was also no side table or shelf in this room next to the beds, so there was nowhere to place your phone and other items without going across the room to the wood shelf near the TV. I would recommend the property as it fit our general needs as a family of five.

This house is very well designed with lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was substantial and accommodating for our group. The house is just a short walking distance to the pool, the tennis center, the marina, the village of baytowne wharf and grand boulevard shopping center. We also enjoyed the 6 person golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

This home is everything and more than the pictures!! It is a lovely home. The house is appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Top notch vacation rental in Sandestin. When the only bad thing I can say is that I didn’t want to leave you know you have a winner. Accommodations are 5 Star. The home is professionally decorated and Spotless. Very conveniently located to the village and pools, and the golf cart is great for easy beach access. Great house, great beach vacation! Been visiting SanDestin with our family for close to 10 years. This rental home was awesome - great location central to all amenities in SanD. Nice & roomy - had 2 of our college boys with us plus dog & plenty of room, even if our 2 other boys could have gone with us, there would have been plenty of sleeping space. House - great screened in porch, upper deck. Pool right next door, Near Baytowne, Beach, Marina, Publix shopping Center.
We have been frequenting Sandestin for the past few years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage in Baypine. The communication with the management team was excellent, as they were responsive to our texts during working hours. Dave, who delivered the golf cart key, was a delight to talk to. Upon arrival, we found the house in great shape and impeccably clean, making us feel welcome right away.The living space and kitchen were perfect for spending quality time with family, with a beautiful view of the lake in the back. We particularly enjoyed sipping our coffee on the front screened-in porch. The main level had two suites with showers and a laundry area, while the upper level boasted a larger bedroom and bathroom, complete with a deck offering breathtaking lake views.Although the swimming pool was always busy due to spring break, its convenient location made it easily accessible. The kitchenware was well-stocked, although we did need to bring our own cooking oil, spices, coffee, and shower gels. This was not a major inconvenience, as there was a Publix and Starbucks just outside the community.One thing we learned during our stay was that if all three bathrooms were in use simultaneously, the hot water would run out within a few minutes. However, we managed by taking turns. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we will definitely consider returning to this property in the future.
