We really enjoyed our stay at Linkside Dr.The accommodations were outstanding for a family of 9, we were all comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The communication was thorough.Thank you for having us.Google Review

This was a booking we did when the available rentals were hard to come by. Have Travel Memories was very kind and owner accommodated a request. I like to do pros and cons so...
Pros:
-Affordable option with tons of sleeping space
-Updated interior
-Super comfy master bed (slept like a baby)
-Proximity to beach (closer than a lot of Sandestin properties that are on the north side of 98)
-Golf cart use (see below)
-Quiet area
-Use and convenience of all Sandestin
-Kitchen items: blender, pots, pans, etc
-Private patio and balcony

Cons:
-Breaker tripped when using microwave for 1 1/2 minutes
-Golf cart age (seat belts are rusted and steering linkage/rod rattles) but it got us around with no breakdowns
-Maybe not kid friendly unit (I wouldn’t be comfortable with a small child because of railing spacing and lack of rails on stairs)
-One room with 3 beds has no A/C vent - we didn’t use that one but it seems like it could get a little warm BUT A/C works VERY good
-Bike had tape of seat
-Beach items stored outside under shed-like thing. Didn’t try to use simply because I didn’t want to reach into the space

Overall, we did love this stay and they have done a nice job of updating the interior. Just a few things could make it a spectacular Sandestin rental. #1 on my list would be electrical checks and #2 would be a new or newer golf cart.

Enjoyed the new pots and pans . The attached bathroom downstairs still shows signs of an old water leak we never seen any water even though we had some severe rains..the other bathroom downstairs still has the water lines backwards.Upstairs bathroom was fine and so was the rest of the building

We are snowbirds and can say how much we enjoyed our stay at 418 Linkside this season. The other compliment goes to Jayleen and David even better. If there is any issue with the house it is handled quickly. Thank you much for making our winter stay a memorable one.

As always Jolene and her crew were fantastic! We have stayed in several of the “Have Travel Memories “ homes and have always had a great experience

Great vacation. Great house and location but needs refreshing and attention

This was a wonder short stay! The staff and property manager were absolutely fantastic! Property is perfect for families of all sizes and ages. We didn’t drive our cars until checkout. Baytown Wharf Village, beach and pools were only a golf cart drive away! We will be back soon!!!

Our vacation at the residence at 418 Linkside drive was November 23-29 was relaxing and fun. The facility offered all the amenities needed for all aspects of our stay. it was clean, comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We only had one problem with one of the televisions and it was taken care of right away with no further problems. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary eating and cooking utensils. There was ample storage in refrigerator and freezer for items to be stored. So nice to have a washer and dryer for laundry. We had easy access to the beach with the rental of a six passenger golf cart. There was trash pick up every day. There was ample comfortable furniture for sitting to watch TV or just relaxing and visiting.. We will definitely rent this place again when we return to the area.

This house was beautiful. Me, my husband and our married with toddlers children, all enjoy our stay immensely. I loved the decor, the privacy of the backyard, and most important the cleanliness. If I had to have a downfall it would be the master shower floor, very slippery and the golf cart had no pick up and go. Over all, we loved it ❤️

Very nice place. Nice set up. Only negatives were cleaning company left a dirty rag on the bed and no door in master bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the home and the spaciousness. The home is updated beautifully and all furniture, beds, etc were comfortable. The master was cozy and looking out at the Orange tree off the upper deck was beautiful! A little bonus!

House was good, good extras Golf kart is a plus, well located. Issues: no curtains, 2019 still no ac on upstairs bedroom made it very uncomfortable to be in during summer (very hot). No master toilet privacy, could use barn doors to make it some kind of pricey. For the price could use a gas grill. Definitely not for 9 persons, probably 8 and small kid. Overall great experience. Thanks!!!
