Lovely Laurel GroveWe had an incredible 10 days at Sandestin! Your home was well equipped with everything we needed to settle in and relax. Small touches like kitchen essentials (spices, for example) and beach essentials (sand chairs, balls, pails, etc.) made for a home-away-from-home experience. This was the perfect home for our vacation! It offers all the amenities you need - each bedroom has a bathroom and TV (not to mention the upstairs bedroom has a large bunk bed perfect for kids), new washer and dryer, clean kitchen, large porch with rocking chairs, walking distance to the pool, and less than a 10 minute golf cart drive to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen as well as grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is so quaint. We felt right at home the moment we arrived and cannot wait to be back!

This house is beautiful and comfortable! The porches have amazing furniture as well! I enjoyed the golf carts to assist with easy access to the beach. What a wonderful experience. The house was so very clean and completely updated. Ten minute ride on very nice golf carts provided by the owners was a great benefit. The beach is glorious. Also in the house was a great outdoor porch to sit and enjoy the outdoors, drinking my coffee. The house includes a large new TV in the living room, and TVs in the other rooms as well. A large open kitchen with every amenity you could ask for. I highly recommend this property to stay if you want to be near the beach. There is a wonderful shopping area also reached on the golf cart with wonderful restaurants and a wine store. Then you have the shopping area around a pond with fun activities for children and lots of cool shops including a pub and old fashioned candy store. You cannot get anything better. I loved my stay!

A Wonderful Week!To start, we have not stayed in the Laurel Grove neighborhood before. It is a lovely place in the heart of the Baytown village area with an adjacent golf course. Great for families who want a quaint Florida vibe mixed with a little Mayberry feel. The property itself is probably the best property we have rented in over 20 years of annual visits to Sandestin. It was clean, dry roomy and honestly while every house in the neighborhood looked great, has the best curb appeal of any of them. The wrap around patio with rocking chairs alone did it for me. Everything about the rental just worked. No issues at all and we paid for two golf carts and both worked flawlessly. Btw, the fact we had to do a very brief check off to confirm the carts worked correctly was very much appreciated. Which leads me to the property managers. Great communication from day one, mid week and check out. Very nice and attentive. You can’t go wrong here…just leave me some dates for next year!!!4/17/2025 at 8:14 PM - VRBO Review

We loved this home so much and all the things to do within the resort. The beds were so comfy and my husband and I loved our morning coffee out on the lovely porch. We rarely used our car - the golf carts are so much fun and get you to anything you need, including the most beautiful beach! We will definitely come back to stay here again.

The house in Laurel Woods is stunning! It was so clean and bright. Very relaxing atmosphere and has all the amenities you could ask for. The golf carts make it so easy to get around, we never had to get in our car once we arrived. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches around with its powdery sand only a golf cart ride away! We will definitely be going back to this lovely home!

When we visit Sandestin we love staying in this house! The neighborhood of Laurel Grove is so beautiful and peaceful. Everything we need for a relaxing getaway is provided in this cozy home. Even our sweet pup loves his time on the porch! We can’t wait to come back soon. - google review

This vacation home is amazing! It is warm and inviting with plenty of space. I had plenty of space to cook in the kitchen and loved having an air fryer. The beds are super comfortable, which is a must for our family. I loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee with my family every morning and enjoying the beautiful setting. The house comes with two golf carts and that was so awesome! It was really easy to get around town and the beach. We will definitely be back for another stay in the near future.

Had a great stay in this well appointed home. Short walk to pool and fun ride to and from the beach in provided golf carts. Restaurants, bars and grocery store, movie theater are all within a short cart ride. We rarely needed to use our car. The home was clean, beds comfortable and had no issues with internet connectivity. The included amenity package with free golf and more was a plus for us.Look forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay in this home with friends. The golf courses were great and we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house was super cozy, well furnished and the beds very comfy. The kitchen had everything you need to make a nice meal. The nearby Baytown Wharf was a blast with great eats, treats and drinks, all accessible with the provided golf carts. We really had a fantastic time exploring, dining out and going to the beach! We can't wait to come back with our pup every year!

I am blown away by this house and neighborhood. A short walk or golf cart drive to the pool, access to literally everything you can imagine. We parked the car and didn’t touch it again until we left because there was literally no reason to!!! We love the hustle and bustle of busy vacations but you usually feel depleted after those. I left this incredible rental feeling rejuvenated with a soul at complete peace. I will be dreaming about going back until I can again!!!!
