10/10Posted Oct 19, 2025This condo is in a great location in SanDestin. We have stayed in Laurel Grove many years, and the golf cart is a necessity. The neighborhood pool is a quick walk and a golf cart can get you everywhere else. The property manager was very responsive to our one need while there. The house was great.

My family had the best vacation at Sandee's house. The house was beautiful, spacious and bright, and had great porches, both front and back, to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. We had access to a large golf cart which we used to visit the nearby shopping center that could be accessed via a golf cart access. We took advantage of that by frequenting the local Publix, restaurants, ice cream, and even the movie theatre. The kids LOVED going everywhere in the golfcart! The neighborhood was sprawling and had several golf courses and a pool that was close to the house. The neighborhood also featured a maze of ponds, one right outside the back door, which we caught a ton of bluegill and largemouth bass in. The neighbors were also really nice, sharing bait and fishing stories. The house had everything a family could need in terms of cooking and BBQing as well as high quality furniture and decor. They didn't skip on anything. The beds were so comfortable, the couch was cozy, the outdoor furniture was perfect and there was a lot of space. It did not feel like a rental at all. We also took the golf cart to the private beach by going through the tunnel, it was super easy. It was our first time visiting this part of Florida and we would definitely return.Baytowne Wharf had restaurants, shopping, boat rentals and lot of games for the kids. We didn't utilize the wharf as much as we thought we would only because we were all so happy hanging at the house and fishing in the ponds. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this gem of a vacation spot.

I came with my sisterhood organization for a vacation to Destin. The house is just as describe. I didn't like that upon arrival, there was a guy there that was very intrusive and would not allow us to be alone to figure everything out. I did feel a little unsafe, as there were two holes in the door where you can see the inside of the house from the outside. I had to tell him to please leave in order for him to go. Besides that, the house is perfect. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the turtles and the lakefront scene. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone.

We recently stayed at 1322 Laurel Grove, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The house was beautifully furnished and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were impressed with the attention to detail. The living area was spacious and tastefully decorated, making it a perfect place to gather with our whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made cooking meals a breeze. The bedrooms were cozy and our grandkids loved the bunk beds upstairs.

One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The back porch area was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful lake and watching our grandkids fish.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, golf courses, and local attractions. The provided golf cart was a fantastic addition, making it convenient to explore the resort and nearby areas. We also rented the second golf cart which was a lifesaver to accommodate our entire family.

Overall, our stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free vacation experience.

Laurel, Grove, 1322 was a beautiful home. The location was perfect! The children loved feeding the turtles, and we all enjoyed being near the golf course. The house was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room, the bunkbeds upstairs were perfect for the children. Having the golf carts to get around the resort were an excellent amenity. The only issue we had with the refrigerator was addressed promptly and corrected in a very timely fashion. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. Getting the golf cart keys took no time. Overall this was a wonderful stay, the house was perfection, and booking, and dealing with have travel memories was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! Sean and Sandee have thought through every detail and we had everything we needed. The golf cart made it so easy to get around and the location couldn’t be better. Beach access was very easy to get to…we just hopped on the golf cart and drove straight to the beach. Pickleball, tennis, pools, and work out facilities are close by with easy access. The neighborhood is beautiful and we will definitely be returning. One of the best homes we have rented. Book it now because it is going to fill up fast!
