Family Trip June 2025The house is beautiful and we loved the location at the end of the cul-de-sac. The view of the lake and golf course is so much better in person! We sat on the porch and drank our coffee and watched the golfers in the morning. The beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay there again! I would definitely rate our stay a 5! The house was perfect, great location and nice neighborhood. We loved walking in the neighborhood and on the various walking paths and tracks. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever encountered! If we looked for a utensil or a pot/pan, it was there. The throws and blankets were numerous and perfect on the cold days we had. The screened in porch was so nice to sit and watch the golfers come by. Everything worked perfectly; every light switch was labeled (thank you); every remote was accessible and worked great. The TV's are amazing in size, quality and stations available. We plan on returning October/November this year. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our Laurel Grove rental provided a wonderfully comfortable place for our family to getaway from the cold and dreary March weather of Michigan and refresh in the sun and warmth of Florida! The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The lanai offered the perfect spot to relax while overlooking the water on the lake by golf course and hearing and seeing various birds that call it home. For a little extra fun, the turtles entertained us in exchange for some bread crumbs. We would definitely stay in the future!!’

Great for Relaxing and Recharging with the Family!We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The back screened porch was so nice to watch the birds and wildlife on the water. Easy golf cart ride to coffee, shopping and grocery store. Neighborhood pool was heated and so fun on days we couldn’t make it to the beach. We had such a great time here!4/4/2024 at 6:44 PM

This was our second year staying in this lovely vacation spot. We loved mornings looking out on the lake watching the wildlife along with the early-morning golfers. The house is beautifully appointed, and the staff could not be more helpful. We have already planned for our return trip next year!

We’ve been visiting sandestin for almost 10 years and this was our first time at this property. Its access to the golf course is fantastic and it’s at one of the quieter areas of Laurel Grove. The golf cart was outstanding and property was clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely be visiting it again.

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing !!

We had a wonderful family vacation! House, location, amenities and golf carts were all great! Checkin and out was easy and very detailed out. It was great NOT to have to stand in line somewhere checking in/out. We will be back!

This house was very well kept, had all the basic necessities much like a hote stay. We upgraded to have 2 golf carts that made the stay more enjoyable around Sandestin. Unlike other vacation homes in the area we’ve rented in the past, this home doesn’t have rain day activities in the home (cards, board games, etc) and it didn’t have shareable beach chairs,umbrellas, or sand toys. However we did leave our sand toys in hopes the next occupant could enjoy them. There was plenty of dishes, however none of which kid friendly, (we just got disposable at Publix) also there was zero cabinet space to store food so if you have a long stay it’ll all be on the counter.
The screened patio and glider couch on the front porch were very comfortable and enjoyable. The kids loved seeing all the turtles, lizards, and frogs from the pond. We would definitely stay in this home again.

This home is very beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for us and so comfortable. Management company was there for whatever we needed and went the extra mile. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

The Home and property far exceeded our expectations. The photos and description are nice but do not convey how really nice the home is; the private location; and the beautiful view of the lake and golf course. The home was well maintained and extremely clean. The property management team were easy to contact and very responsive.

This was our fourth spring break stay in SanDestin and our second time staying in the Laurel Grove area. This home was just beautiful and our favorite by far! We spent a good amount of time grilling and relaxing on the front porch watching the sunset and spent every morning on the back screen porch with our coffee watching players tee off on the 3rd hole of Raven. We had a minor issue with the sink the first day of our arrival and the property managers were there immediately to fix it. Very, very comfortable home, wonderful golf carts (we rented the extra for our teen drivers) and beautiful views. We will be back!

Business in ParadiseHad a wonderful time at Sandestin and loved the house. Everything was immaculate and the location is perfect! Two carts made getting around so simple and fun. From dining and the beach, to the golf courses and boardwalk, everything is right there. No need to get in the car and go anywhere. Except maybe to visit Seaside! Hope we get the chance to plan another stay in the future. Thank you!!

It was near perfect all around. If forced to give constructive feedback, a few better quality kitchen utensils would be nice and the driveway location makes getting the golf cart out a bit more challenging. Apparently there was a mass kill off of fish a year ago and there are no fish in the lake at the house, if you want to fish from the banks behind the house. Lots of turtles...no fish. Otherwise, the house is beautiful and very clean.

We really loved it. The house was clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and situated in a quiet spot very close to dining and shopping places. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away, and we enjoyed the pool as well. The screened in back porch was perfect for reading and relaxing in the morning. The house had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs/umbrella. Next time we plan on bringing our kids with us!

This was a wonderful vacation spot. The property was absolutely beautiful! There were so many things to do on top of relaxing at the beach. I have stayed at many locations and this is far the best one! I will definitely be back!

This home is absolutely stunning. The warm and inviting atmosphere made it the perfect get away for a relaxing sisters retreat. I love how close everything is and easily accessible with the golf carts.

Not only is the house immaculate but all the amenities and desirable location make this property the place to vacation at. Loved the 2 golf carts which make everything so easily accessible as well. Shopping, dining and most importantly the beach are minutes away. The community pool and hot tub are wonderful as well. I highly recommend it here as the house is well maintained, so peaceful and minutes to any activity. Will definitely be coming back!!
