This is our second year staying here at 1365 Laurel Grove and we had another wonderful week. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We loved having both golf carts, and being accessible to everything. The pool and workout room are great. The management company is the best we’ve seen and we travel frequently. They are quick to come help if you need it and have excellent communication. The manager even stopped on his way to church, on a Sunday because he had an alert the batteries were low in our door lock and didn’t want us to be inconvenienced if they died so he came right away. We were so grateful. Another plus for us is the giant box fans! We are all fan sleepers and usually bring our little fans, but it’s not the same as our floor oscillating at home, which is never a big deal but this house has two box fans that made us sleep just as well as we do at home. We love this place and will probably rent again next year. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great home. Great location. Use of the golf cart was wonderful. Kitchen supplies and furnishings were very good too HOWEVER, the great room furnishings in this home are old and tired and need replacement. They look fine at first until you sit on them. Rugs and carpets need cleaning or replacement.

We stay in Sandestin every year for the last 10 years and this place is my new favorite. I would stay here again. House is great and comes well stocked with books, games, kitchen ware etc. We had one minor issue and they came out within 10 minutes and had it fixed. Would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Biggest advantage was the location to really good take-out and backing up to a golf course. Overall the experience was great but there are a few things that could make it better. The golf cart we were provided was kind of flimsy. Consider an upgrade to an EZ Go or Cart Club when replaced. The management company site had good information but was sometimes hard to find without a phone call. The WiFi and smart tv were good to have but we experienced continued problems with accessing streaming services. This was probably due to the internet service speed that was available and might not be anything the owner can do to solve.
The above are just a few comments for consideration, but overall I would recommend this location.

This house has a warm and cozy feeling the minute you step in the door. Have Travel Memories was on site as soon as we arrived to assist with the golf cart. We appreciated that the house was equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed the screened in porch that overlooked the golf course! The pool was around the block with a short golf cart ride to the beach. I would suggest the owners invest in a pillow top for the master mattress! I realize some like firm and others like soft but this mattress is very firm. We wanted to keep the house clean while there so we vacuumed twice but the vacuum odor was so bad we had to air out the house. The bag was competely full with no bags in sight. The two couches could really use a good steam clean too!

We have been coming to Sandestin for over 20 years either staying in our family beach house on the bay or now renting. We love Sandestin! In regards to this home, our Family of three and our teenage daughter’s friend, plus our 2 toy poodles had an Amazing stay in this beautiful home at 1365 Ravens Run West in Sandestin in Laurel Grove. Everything was perfect- spotless! The home was clean and beautifully decorated- very homey!
We liked the set up with the master bedroom & another bedroom downstairs and the third bedroom with the bunk beds upstairs for the teens. All of the bedrooms a good size. Also, it is spacious with the open floor plan of the den, dining room, & kitchen. The added bonus of the screened in porch looking at the golf course out back was great! Wonderful spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening! The mattresses were comfortable too. The Golf cart was a blast and made it an easy ride to the beach and ride around the resort...had dinner a few nights in Baytowne Wharf & the teens enjoyed the activities at Baytowne. The property manager, Dave, was very helpful! The Check in was easy as was the check out. The neighborhood is beautiful....would recommend 10/10! Our family will definitely be back!
To note, we stayed at another home in Laurel Grove in May 2020 that is maintained also by Travel Memories & they do an excellent job!

From our first booking we had an excellent experience with this rental company and loved the home we stayed in. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We were excited to even have fans in the closet, as we are fan sleepers. We loved the option to upgrade to the two golf carts! It was so nice to have those in case a group wanted to go to the pool and a few to the beach. We loved the location of the home, access to the pool and fitness center was a huge plus too! Hurricane Sally hit during our stay and the rental company was amazing in responding to emails with my concerns quickly and we felt very comfortable riding out the storm in our rental home. We did travel with our three small dogs and they loved the stay as much as my family. Dave from Have Travel Memories was also an awesome resource stopping to show us how the golf carts worked, explaining the rental and assisting in any information and answering questions. Overall this was a great trip, a Wonderful home that met all our needs, with Hurricane Sally and all we would do it all over again. We would definitely rent this home again in Sandestin. It is our FAVORITE get away spot! We can’t wait for our next trip back.

We’ve stay In the house before and love the lay out! Honestly what impressed me the most is that we had some golf cart issues and it was addressed first right away so it was clear they are running a a first rate operation as others might blow the issues off. Not only did the management company provide us with a temp cart we were also provided a refund without asking. I would highly recommend this house and management group. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay in this home. Had everything we needed. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Had books to read, some board games, just overall very nice. Only suggestion would be to switch out comforters on twin beds. Are kind of dated and not too comfortable according to our two boys that slept there. They also said they were too short due to design. They did appreciate all the beach toys that are in home though. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. WiFi was spotty a couple of days, but spent so much time at beach we didn’t mind. :). Will definitely rent again if we return to Destin.
My family enjoyed a week in this cozy Laurel Grove home with easy golf cart access to the beach, marina, village shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the comfy screened in back porch with views of the Raven golf course’s third fairway. Would return to this lovely and well-maintained home in a heartbeat for a future stay. Just delightful!
